Avengers: Infinity War has become the fourth film to earn at least $2 billion globally, behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Titanic, and Avatar.

Infinity War now stands as Marvel's highest-grossing film ever - although Black Panther still has it beat domestically with $699.4 million.
Disney announced Tuesday that Infinity War reached the milestone in its 48th day of release, with a domestic total of $656.1 million and an global total of $1.35 billion.
Much of Infinity War's total has come from worldwide box office receipts, particularly in China, where it's earned $369.7 million and become the country's third highest-grossing film ever.
The Marvel Studios release finally passed $2 billion on Monday after falling just short of the mark this past weekend. Infinity War has also eclipsed its predecessor, with The Avengers' $1.509 billion and The Avengers: Age of Ultron's $1.405 billion.
Avengers: Infinity War is now the highest earning superhero movie of all time internationally with $1.346B in those markets.
Disney looks to repeat, or even possibly exceed, the success of "Infinity War" a little less than a year from now when its sequel "Avengers 4" opens on May 3, 2019.
The movie, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, features a massive ensemble cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Josh Brolin, and Chris Pratt.
