Following the spectacular gameplay reveal of Death Stranding at Sony Interactive Entertainment's press conference, the house of PlayStation sent in an official press kit with a batch of screenshots of the game. This didn't provide any clear indication on what the game is all about.
The trailer also adds Lea Seydoux and Lindsey Wagner to the cast, but sadly had nothing to say on any kind of release window.
We also got a peek at Lindsay Wagner's (The Bionic Woman) character Wagner was another actress who's involvement in the project was previously unknown. Yes, plugging your fetus into your backpack is a gameplay feature in Death Stranding. The device seems to be hooked up to the baby that he is delivering to somewhere. Carrying the stranded remnants of the future in his hands, Sam embarks on a journey to reunite the shattered world one step at a time. Things take a dark and even more unsafe turn from there. Sam refers to himself as a delivery man in the trailer, too.
Yep, after such a long wait we finally get to see the next title from video game legend, Hideo Kojima. A typical hero is usually some sort of elite or someone with a military background. We also saw Sam do things like tightrope walk across crevasses. We still don't know when the game will release, but we definitely can not wait to see more from Death Stranding, so stay tuned.
Death Stranding already has a lineup that's teeming with stars including Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Guillermo del Toro, and now Linday and Seydoux, but Kojima says that they're not done yet.
