And while there's a long list of potential devices coming our way, Kuo reaffirmed his March report that that the Apple Watch Series 4 will come in two variations with bigger screens, one with a 1.57-inch display and another with a 1.78-inch display.
The company late last month announced that it would fix Macbook keyboards for free after acknowledging that they were prone to break.
Unfortunately, these updates only affect the models with Touch Bars and there's no word as to if or when Apple will update the non-Touch Bar MacBook Pros. The two Apple Watch models will measure in at 1.57 inches (39.9mm) and 1.78 inches (45.2mm), roughly 15 percent bigger than in the current models. The more interesting accessory, if you can call it that way, is the eGPU (external GPU) for the MacBook Pros. The updated MacBook Pro lineup feature Apple T2 chip which is claimed to deliver enhanced security with support for secure boot.
An eGPU is an enclosure that houses a graphics card, and you can plug it into a MacBook Pro with a USB-C cable, just like you would plug in your laptop's charger.
At least for MacBook Pro users, the wait for new products is over now, although the 2018 release of the MacBook Pro 13 and 15 might let down some Mac-fans with high-expectations. No bad butterfly keyboard here!
While the MacBook Pros themselves haven't been redesigned, they offer more than just spec bumps.
It's also unclear if the new keyboard design will prove less prone to failure than the previous models.
Kuo had no new updates for upcoming iPhone models. Even what the Retina Macbook Pro was missing, an internal CD/DVD Superdrive for example, was a well-timed move in response to where the industry was in terms of the lifecycle of that specific technology.
The new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pros are available for purchase today. But all you'll want to know really is whether the machine can still be paralysed by a crumb, or a speck of dust. He originally said that this would be in the MacBook Air family, but now has changed his mind.
These new laptops also have an improved third-generation keyboard which Apple says will make typing on the laptop quieter than before. This may be your last chance to snag a brand new one, so get them while they last!
