That means they will not be accepting Fifa's invitation to Sunday's World Cup final in Russian Federation. Players from France and England welcomed news of the rescue and sent their best wishes to the "Wild Boars" on Twitter.
It went viral, earning more than 9,000 retweets in less than a day.
By Wednesday, the first and second group rescued were eating normal food, and the final group evacuated Tuesday are undergoing medical check-ups.
The Tham Luang cave complex would be turned into a "living museum", Narongsak said, according to the Thai Khaosod website.
