Michael Avenatti, who has been representing Daniels in her lawsuits against Trump, told the Daily Mail that his notorious client pulled out of the reality show over a conflict with how she would be portrayed.
"Late last night she showed me the emails".
In keeping with the "Eye of the Storm", Stormy sensationally claimed she had an affair with US President Donald Trump while he was married.
Daniels made worldwide headlines over claims the president's then personal lawyer Michael Cohen paid her hush money days before the 2016 election to stop her claiming she had an affair with a married Mr Trump in 2006.
"When Stormy realized that the show's producers were trying to produce a certain result, and she wasn't going to be free to be herself as planned, she withdrew", Clifford's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told NBC News. A tabloid alleged she wanted a bigger fee but Stormy denied that, insisting it was never about the money. "That massive mock-up of the White House was all for Stormy", they added.
"Producers discussed a variety of options with her but were unable to agree any acceptable conditions for her entering the house", the spokesperson added.
Panellist Jane Moore, who spoke to Daniels off-air, said a custody battle involving her daughter in the USA was to blame. Viewers waited with bated breath for the arrival of Stormy during the live show yet she caused shockwaves when she failed to show up.
"She thought "I can't commit", she said being a mother comes first".
"It has now become a legal situation and she says she has been told she can't come and talk".
Could Samantha Markle finally get the call up she's been waiting for?
The president denies the allegations.
Despite enormous pre-launch publicity around her supposed appearance on the programme - and the substantial fee she was allegedly to receive from Channel 5 bosses - she failed to appear when the line-up was unveiled in a live broadcast on Thursday night.
This year's Celebrity Big Brother 2018 earnings have been revealed and the line up are said to be annoyed at the huge disparity in earnings, with the highest paid earning a whopping £750,000, and the lowest only £40,000.
