Two days after it was announced that Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande ended their engagement, Pete canceled a scheduled performance at Temple University for a "Comedy Night Live". "She was calling my bluff".
Grande went to her Instagram Story Tuesday (October 16) with some upbeat words. I sent her a picture [of engagement rings]. There was also reportedly no issue over that decision as well.
Ariana has yet to publicly address her apparent split from SNL comedian Pete, following the news they have called off their upcoming nuptials four months after they got engaged. "Honestly who knows - they were fully together on Saturday".
"She's really sweet. She's like, 'This is our house, ' and I'm like, 'You're very nice for saying that".
Some reports have suggested that Ariana had come to realise that she had gotten into a serious relationship with Pete "too soon" after breaking up with her ex Mac Miller and she only realised this after his sudden death. "I love you so much and you're with me right now in Iceland", he said. "She thanks her fans for their understanding".
However, shortly after their engagement, a source voiced concerns to ET that the two had jumped into something without thinking, hinting that their engagement might not work out. "It was devastating and shocking to her".
But as Hollywood (and real life) has proven too many times over, love isn't always enough and love doesn't always laugh.
She had been avoiding public appearances, particularly after the suicide of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller. "She doesn't want to make any rushed decisions and has chose to take a step back instead". "She's been completely overwhelmed and wants to slow down".
